We reported here on the Ambrosian lectionary controversy in Milan – Cardinal Biffi had criticized some of the archaisms reintroduced in the new edition. Here the main creator of the new lectionary fires back.

Well, there we are. I did say in the other thread that most people appear to be very happy with what has happened. Thanks to the editor for posting this counterpoint to Biffi’s original diatribe.
