August 29 2021 : 22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time
Today’s antiphon comes from the 2nd Reading:
Humbly welcome the word that has been planted in you and is able to save your souls. (James 1:21)
prefaced by a flavor of:
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly (Colossians 3:16)
In Communion we “eat the word” that has been proclaimed, taking it deep inside ourselves where it will hopefully germinate. Nourish and flourish!
Psalm verses are taken from Psalm 146.
A demo recording from the recording Walk in My Ways will be found here.
