Here’s a new launch you’ll want to bookmark: Global Pulse Magazine, edited in Rome and produced in Bangkok.
Global Pulse Magazine brings together the editorial resources of some of the world’s leading independent Catholic publishers: Bayard/La Croix/Urbi et Orbi from France, Commonweal from New York, eRenlaiwith with an Asia-Pacific focus, Eureka Street from Australia, and UCANews from Bangkok.
Here’s the team, with some names you’ll recognize: Chief Executive Officer Fr. Michael Kelly SJ; Publisher Fr. William Grimm MM; Editor in Chief Robert Mickens; and Managing Editor Paddy MacLachlan.
As they say of themselves:
Global Pulse Magazine provides unique insights on issues that matter – in the Church and in the wider world of politics, religion, ethics, society and culture. The content is aimed at an international English speaking readership that values good writing and thoughtful assessments from the best Catholic publishers.
If anyone has any influence with these people, please suggest they add an RSS feed!
Maybe they’re still getting sorted out. The international clocks on the banner are all wrong! (They haven’t taken account of “daylight saving”). But a very interesting collection of articles.
