  2. If this will prevent Victimae Paschali from being sung, it is a blessing indeed. I heard it yesterday, and it made me so sad that some members of the hierarchy still try to prevent the assembly from being able to raise their own holy voices in this acclamation. How refreshing to have a new version in English for today’s church, with a refrain!
